Based on the input from Sai youth and leaders of the International Sai Organization, the Planning Committee of the Sri Sathya Sai World Youth Conference, 2007 presents this Sadhana (spiritual practices) program for the youth as an offering to our Beloved Swami. We urge every Sai youth, even if they are not participating in the conference, to practice this program. Let us all offer the fruits of our efforts, with humility and love, at the Divine Lotus Feet of our Beloved Swami. Each action is a form of spiritual discipline and together they enable a singular focus on the Divine.
