What is the purpose of health initiatives?
Changing dietary and physical activity habits may be one of the most practical methods to improve health. The upcoming health initiatives are aimed at imparting the message that health is an important part of becoming an “Ideal” human being. To provide real world evidence, scientific findings will be used to supplement Swami’s teachings on health and wellness. Initiatives will be sent out periodically in an effort to help us work slowly towards improving our health. Small steps, over time, become big gains.
It is important to remember that the initiatives are small changes we can make in our daily lives, and are not meant to be drastic. It is always important to learn more about any topics you have questions about by consulting Swami’s teachings. Lastly, but importantly, remember that anything in excess is harmful for health, so take any suggestions cautiously and apply them to your life with moderation
